Shipping Policy

• Flat Rate Shipping: All orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee.
• Free Priority Shipping: Spend $150 or more to enjoy FAST and FREE 2-3 day priority shipping. (Excludes body armor & rifle bags).
• Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipping. For body armor, specific lead times will be noted on the product listing—please review them carefully before ordering.

Cancellation Policy

• Before Shipping: Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund.
• After Shipping: Orders cancelled after shipment will follow our Return Policy terms and conditions.

Return Policy

• Standard Returns: Items returned within 60 days of the purchase date, without defects, are eligible for a partial refund (minus shipping costs).
• Defective Items: Defective items are eligible for a full refund or a warranty replacement.
• Body Armor: For body armor, an exchange or return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. No returns or exchanges will be accepted beyond this timeframe.
